Embrace your suppressed parts as a way to experience the magnificence of who you are.

When we embrace the parts of us that we have suppressed, we restore internal trust, harmony and wholeness. Those parts are here to express their slice of truth.

One of the most self loving things we can offer ourselves is to allow these parts to express their truth, their magic, their needs, desires, their pain, their ‘negativity’, their heaviness.

They hold both light and dark and that’s ok!

The truth is that we hold a huge expectation. We expect only to be good and light. This attitude we have that the only thing that is acceptable is the good and light is part of the reason why we push away certain parts of ourselves that don’t feel good.

Unfortunately, human consciousness wants black OR white and it stops there. We do not want to expand further so we can hold both. What we don’t usually see is that there is always good in the bad. There is always beauty in the ugliness

For example, imagine that you feel angry. Let’s say that this part of you holds so much anger but you want to banish it and push it away . You see it as bad and dangerous. But by not allowing this part of you to express its anger, you will never get to the truth about its boundaries. Most of the time, when we are angry a boundary has been violated. Something has been done that doesn’t feel right and we need to reassess our boundaries and communicate with others what is acceptable and what is not.

Anger is not the problem, our reaction to it can be problematic and even dangerous sometimes. Anger is an emotion which curries important information. That being said, anger holds the seed of reassessing  and communicating our boundaries. This can help us  cultivate more authentic and honest relationships with others and ourselves. it can help us build trust within ourselves and with others. As a result, it can be good and beneficial for us.

All we have to do is to pause and listen to it. If you need help to pause in difficult situations, I invite you to read and stay with the symbol The Power of Pause.

All we have to do is to allow it to be and get curious about it. Sometimes, bringing closer parts of ourselves that we have suppressed and rejected within us can feel scary. We believe if we reclaim and accept them, we will lose people, we will get punished, we will no longer feel belonging, we will get rejected and so much more. It is understandable!

When we reclaim our suppressed parts within us and we become more whole and who we are, we will experience both acceptance of who we are and challenges to who we are. We often believe that we shouldn’t experience challenges but both the acceptance we receive and challenges help us heal and expand. Challenges are meant to upgrade us in some way.

We will never be able to experience the beauty and magnificence of who we are if we push away parts of ourselves! All we have to do is to bring them closer. This is a powerful way to accept the totality of you. It is a powerful way to accept the authentic you. It is a doorway to new elevated possibilities and timelines. There are so many gifts, talents, and possibilities that can be activated by exploring different parts of ourselves.

We can access new upgraded perceptions that help us create a better life and attract healthier relationships by letting them express their slice of truth.

So the question is:

What part of you, do you keep pushing away?

You are free to be you!
