At some point in my life, I began to question the roles and identities which I had become. I decided to do energy healing, and inner work, express anything unprocessed within me, resolve trauma from my childhood and let go of limiting and negative beliefs. For example, shedding away beliefs I adopted from my family that blocked me from achieving my goals, societal and cultural concepts that did not feel right at my core, and ancestral limiting patterns that perpetuated suffering in my family, and it was time to shift them. The shedding process led me then to a deeper awareness of the truth of who I am. It led me to discover my true nature, and as a result, I started to establish a more conscious connection with my higher self. Our higher self is the eternal, omnipotent consciousness that is our authentic self. It is all we have ever been and all we are and is in a much higher frequency than that of physical structure. As we let go of anything that doesn’t resonate with our true nature and become more authentic, our frequency inevitably rises. As our frequency rises, the gap between the physical self and our higher self closes, and as a result, we can receive messages clearer, and these messages can come through in many different forms such as toning, as if you speak a foreign language, singing, writing, symbols and so on. Soul/Light Language is a powerful energy work that has the capacity to heal, activate, release dormant energies that no longer serve us, activate remembrance, activate dormant DNA, activate gifts within you. The language of light create energetic impressions beyond our conscious mind. So, our mind doesn’t have to understand every single piece, every single word that the Giver of Light Language will offer. All we have to do is to become available and receptive. We may notice sensations in our body. It may help the process of releasing something that exists within us, like an emotion. We may feel vibrating and as if a huge burden has been lifted up from our shoulders. It may feel as if a gift is activated. We may have more clarity afterwards and as if everything makes sense suddenly. From my experience, it works differently for everyone.
