At some point in my life, I began to question the roles and identities which I had become. I decided to do energy healing, and inner work, express anything unprocessed within me, resolve trauma from my childhood and let go of limiting and negative beliefs. For example, shedding away beliefs I adopted from my family that blocked me from achieving my goals, societal and cultural concepts that did not feel right at my core, and ancestral limiting patterns that perpetuated suffering in my family, and it was time to shift them. The shedding process led me then to a deeper awareness of the truth of who I am. It led me to discover my true nature, and as a result, I started to establish a more conscious connection with my higher self. Our higher self is the eternal, omnipotent consciousness that is our authentic self. It is all we have ever been and all we are and is in a much higher frequency than that of physical structure. As we let go of anything that doesn’t resonate with our true nature and become more authentic, our frequency inevitably rises. As our frequency rises, the gap between the physical self and our higher self closes, and as a result, we can receive messages clearer, and these messages can come through in many different forms such as toning, as if you speak a foreign language, singing, writing, symbols and so on. Soul/Light Language is a powerful energy work that has the capacity to heal, activate, release dormant energies that no longer serve us, activate remembrance, activate dormant DNA, activate gifts within you. The language of light create energetic impressions beyond our conscious mind. So, our mind doesn’t have to understand every single piece, every single word that the Giver of Light Language will offer. All we have to do is to become available and receptive. We may notice sensations in our body. It may help the process of releasing something that exists within us, like an emotion. We may feel vibrating and as if a huge burden has been lifted up from our shoulders. It may feel as if a gift is activated. We may have more clarity afterwards and as if everything makes sense suddenly. From my experience, it works differently for everyone.

The Knowledge of The Board of Knowledge is not found in worldly known books and does not involve reading. The Board of Knowledge includes 5 Boards which come from an ancient temple in the Universe. Each Board has 36 Signs that the Giver of the Boards can send to anyone or anything, including oneself, others, animals, nature, the earth, countries and more. The Signs are sent to the recipient, known as the Receiver, who then harmonises with the Sign/s and moves forward on their unique path. The Board of Knowledge is an advanced method for spiritual growth and evolution that offers new solutions, opportunities and directions through the giving of Signs from individual Boards. The Receiver will open and grow in their own unique way and will have experiences in consciousness that are specific to their personal needs for development. By using Signs from the Boards, anyone can evolve and grow in their personal right direction. The Board of Knowledge works individually for everyone because we are all unique, and every person has their individual gift in life. The Board of Knowledge can really help people to get into the flow or get back into the flow.

When intense, charged emotions appear within us, it usually indicates an old wound that is still active within us. Emotions are always a seed of awareness, and they hold the positive intent of assisting us in integrating hidden wounds and unresolved life experiences. By feeling them, we are able to transform them. Emotions are energy like everything else, and they are meant to flow. They are not meant to stay stuck in our system. Unprocessed emotions can create so much stuckness in our life itself. It can leave us in a loop, experiencing the same things again and again. It can create health problems, deep dissatisfaction, and so much more. Emotions can be super uncomfortable sometimes. It is OK that they are uncomfortable. It doesn’t mean that they are bad for us. For centuries, they have been seen as the enemy, less involved, and their suppression has been celebrated, but we are humans, and our experience here on this planet involves emotions. And all transformation begins with accepting them. When we accept them, are accountable and feel them, we can release and uplift our wound patterns. Suddenly, we see more possibilities, have more clarity, and are more aware. And these ‘spots of time’ are to be savoured because they are the stepping stones for a higher life.
