One of the biggest causes of disorganisation is indecisiveness. Getting organised requires taking action and action requires decision-making. But why do we have a difficult time making decisions as adults? One way of describing indecision is that we are in a “frozen state” where we feel stuck and powerless.
As children, we may experience traumatic “freeze states” that could block us from making decisions. Ιt could be an event or many in our childhood where we felt like we just can't seem to do it right no matter what we did. It is a super painful and powerless state to be.
It could also be an event or many where we experienced painful consequences as a result of making a decision because our parents or teachers had rigid beliefs about what is right or wrong, success or failure. This later on in life created a fear of making the wrong decision because of the potential painful reactions and consequences.
This light language symbol is excellent for people who have experienced these freeze states. It helps with the decision making of where to start and how to organise your space, home, office, desk, room, wardrobe, or a trip. It can also help you release attachment to chaos and create a sense of ease, flow, openness and structure in your space.
